2.2 誤解を避けるため、本規約は、当社または第三者の知的財産権を当社から利用者に譲渡するものではなく、当該知的財産権に関するすべての権利、権限および利益は、該当する所有者に帰属します。

3. 登録およびアカウント

3.1 本プラットフォームの一部の機能を利用するには、DramaBoxアカウント（以下、「アカウント」）の登録が必要です。アカウント登録手続き中に利用者が提出するすべての情報、またはその後いつでも利用者がアカウント・プロフィールに提出する追加情報は、正確かつ真実でなければならず、利用者はこれらを最新の状態に保つことに同意するものとします。

3.2 利用者のアカウントは、利用者にとって唯一無二の個人的なものであり、利用者はご自身のアカウントおよびパスワードのセキュリティを維持し、アクセスを制限する責任を負うものとします。

3.3 利用者にはご自身のアカウントを削除する権限があり、アカウントを削除すると、プラットフォームの全部または一部にアクセスまたは使用する権利を失うことをご理解ください。

3.4 当社は、特に利用者が本規約のいずれかの条項に従わなかった場合など、当社の裁量により、いかなる理由であれ、いつでも利用者のアカウントを無効化、一時停止、または終了する権利を留保します。

4. コンテンツポリシー

4.1 当社のコンテンツポリシー（以下、「コンテンツポリシー」）は、特に、作家および出版社が本プラットフォームにアップロードするコンテンツのDramaBoxによる使用に関する条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本プラットフォームに著作物をアップロードする前に、コンテンツポリシーを確認し、同意する必要があります。

4.2 誤解を避けるため、本規約でDramaBoxに明示的に付与されていないすべての権利は利用者に留保されるものとし、DramaBoxは利用者のコンテンツに対する所有権を主張しません。

5. プラットフォームに関するコメント

5.1 DramaBoxは、本プラットフォーム上での利用者の交流を歓迎します。利用者は、コンテンツ以外の資料をDramaBoxに提出することができます。本プラットフォームについてDramaBoxに電子メールを送信する、掲示板に投稿する、または作品をレビューするなど、本プラットフォームを通じて、またはその他の方法でコメントまたはフィードバック（以下、総称して「コメント」または「意見」）を提出することにより、DramaBoxは、利用者に対していかなる義務または責任も負うことなく、あらゆる目的で、あらゆる媒体において、永続的に、当該コメントを自由に使用することができるものとします。コメントの非公開または所有を希望する場合は、コメントを DramaBox に送信したり、コメントを他者と共有したりしないでください。

5.2 コメントは、その全部または一部が、(a) 著作権、商標権、特許権、企業秘密、著作者人格権、プライバシー権、肖像権、その他の知的財産権または財産権を含む第三者の権利を侵害、違反、または不正流用するもの、(b) 他者を誹謗、中傷、名誉毀損、プライバシー権、肖像権、その他の財産権を侵害するもの、(c) 利用者のユーザーコンテンツが適用されるその他のDramaBoxのポリシーまたはガイドライン、(d) DramaBoxが法律または規制に違反する原因となるものであってはなりません。

5.3 上記のいずれかに違反していることが判明したコメントは、当社の独自の裁量により、利用者に通知することなく、利用者のアカウントの終了もしくは停止、またはプラットフォームからのコメントの即時削除の対象となる場合があります。

6. 制限されるユーザーの行為

6.1 そのような制限が適用法の下で許されない場合を除き、またその範囲内においてのみ、　 お客さまは(a)本サービスを複製、頒布、公に表示、または公に実行すること、(b)本サービスに修正を加えること、または(c)セキュリティまたはアクセス制御機構を含む本サービスの機能を妨害または回避することはできません。適用法で本サービスの利用が禁止されている場合は、本サービスを利用することはできません。

6.2 利用者は、DramaBoxが許可した手段（ボット、スパイダー、またはその他の自動化されたアクセス手段を使用しないことを含みますが、これらに限定されません）以外の方法で、本プラットフォームを変更または修正したり、他の技術または手段を使用して本プラットフォームにアクセスしたりしないものとします。

7. 支払条件

7.1 プラットフォームへのアクセス、または本サービスの特定の機能へのアクセスには、料金の支払いが必要となる場合があります。料金を支払う前に、利用者は請求される料金を確認し、同意する機会があります。料金はすべて米ドルで、払い戻しはできません。

7.2 DramaBox は、本サービスの価格を決定する権利を留保します。DramaBox は、本ウェブサイトに掲載される価格情報を最新のものに保つために合理的な努力を払います。最新の価格情報については、当社ウェブサイトを定期的に確認することをお勧めします。

7.3 DramaBox は、購入時に利用者が指定した支払方法に請求します。利用者は、DramaBoxが、本規約に記載されている、または当社が公表している、利用者が選択した注文およびサービスのレベルに対するすべての金額を、当該支払方法に請求することを同意するものとします。利用者がクレジットカードで料金を支払う場合、DramaBoxは、クレジットカードが有効であり、利用者の購入に必要な資金または信用があることを確認するため、購入前に利用者のクレジットカード口座の事前承認を求める場合があります。支払処理サービスは、購入が行われる第三者サービス（Apple In-App Purchase、Google Play、PayPayなど）によって提供されます。

7.4 すべての購入には、外国為替手数料または地域による価格の違い（為替レートなど）を含むがこれに限定されない、税金およびその他の手数料がかかる場合があります。当社は、利用者がアカウントまたは購入時に当社に提供した情報に基づいて、利用者が支払うべき税金を計算する場合があります。

7.5 ユーザーは、コインをトップアップして取得することができます。コインは、DramaBoxにおいてのみ使用するものとし、いかなる通貨にも交換することはできません。

8. 免責事項

8.1 本プラットフォームは、本規約に記載された目的のために「現状のまま」、「利用可能な限り」、および「すべての欠点を含む」状態で提供されます。本プラットフォームのご利用は、すべて利用者ご自身の責任において行われるものとし、本プラットフォームのご利用中は、利用者ご自身の最善の判断と注意を払ってください。

8.2 DramaBoxは、利用者による本プラットフォームの利用、本プラットフォームに関連するその他のすべての特徴もしくは機能、または本プラットフォームの配信もしくは表示が、利用可能であること、中断されないこと、支障がないこと、エラーがないこと、またはウイルス、ワームもしくはその他のセキュリティ侵害がないことを保証しません。利用者は、本プラットフォームを利用し、本プラットフォームおよび関連サイトまたは本プラットフォームを通じて素材またはコンテンツを利用、アクセス、ダウンロード、またはその他の方法で入手する場合は、利用者自身の裁量およびリスクで行うこと、および本プラットフォームの利用、または素材またはコンテンツのダウンロードまたは利用により発生した利用者の財産（本プラットフォームに関連して使用される利用者のコンピュータ システムまたはモバイル デバイスを含む）の損害、またはデータの損失については、利用者が単独で責任を負うことを理解し、同意するものとします。

8.3 DramaBoxは、本プラットフォームに掲載される著作物またはその他の知的財産の利用可能性、引渡し、性能、価格設定、または正確さを保証しません。これには、著作物の将来のエピソードが作家または出版社から適時に投稿されること、著作物が本プラットフォーム上で引き続き利用可能であること、または著作物もしくはサービスの価格設定を保証しないことが含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

8.4 DramaBoxは、利用者が本プラットフォームに送信したコメントその他の情報の削除または保存の失敗について一切の責任を負わないものとし、利用者が本プラットフォームに送信したコメントを保存または保管することを明示的に約束しないものとします。利用者が本プラットフォームにアップロードしたコメントのバックアップコピーを保存する責任は、利用者が単独で負うものとします。

8.5 利用者は、不可抗力、火災、爆発、破壊行為、テロリズム、天候不順、国家的緊急事態、暴動、戦争、労働問題、供給業者の不具合、不足、違反、政府による措置または要請、州法または連邦法、規則または規制に従う既存のサービスの停止を含むがこれらに限定されない、DramaBoxが制御不能な原因による不履行について、DramaBoxが責任を負わないことを理解し、これに同意するものとします。

9. 責任の制限

9.1 本規約に反対の規定がある場合でも、DramaBoxは、法律理論（契約、不法行為、人身傷害、物的損害、過失、保証、厳格責任を含みますが、これらに限定されません）の如何を問わず、本プラットフォームまたは本規約に何らかの形で関連する直接的、間接的、特別、付随的、結果的、懲罰的、契約外、または懲罰的な損害について、DramaBoxがかかる損害の可能性または蓋然性について知らされていたか否かを問わず、また、他に利用可能な救済手段がその本質的目的を果たせなかった場合であっても、利用者に対して一切責任を負いません。本プラットフォームまたは本規約のいずれかに不満がある場合、またはDramaBoxが本規約に違反したと感じる場合、利用者の唯一かつ排他的な救済方法は、本プラットフォームの使用を中止することです。この責任の制限は、両当事者間の取引の基礎の一部です。

9.2 本規約に反するいかなる規定にもかかわらず、本責任制限の一部が何らかの理由で無効または執行不能であると判断された場合、本規約の違反および/または利用者の本プラットフォームの使用に起因するDramaBoxの契約上の責任は、すべての請求の合意額として500米ドルを超えないものとします。

10. 補償

10.1 利用者は、本プラットフォームの使用について責任を負うものとし、DramaBoxおよびその役員、取締役、従業員、コンサルタント、関連会社、子会社および代理人（以下、総称して「DramaBox関係者」）を、合理的な弁護士費用および経費を含む、以下に起因または関連するあらゆる請求、責任、損害、損失および費用から防御し、補償するものとします： (a) 利用者による本プラットフォームへのアクセス、本プラットフォームの利用、または利用が疑われる場合、(b) 利用者による本規約のいずれかの部分、本規約で言及されている表明、保証、合意、または適用される法律もしくは規制の違反、(c) 利用者による知的財産権、肖像権、秘密保持権、その他の財産権、またはプライバシー権を含む第三者の権利の侵害、(d) 利用者と第三者との間の紛争または問題。当社は、当社の費用負担で、利用者による補償の対象となるあらゆる事項の排他的な防御および管理を引き受ける権利を留保し（ただし、当該事項に関する利用者の補償義務を制限するものではありません）、その場合、利用者は、当該請求に対する当社の防御に協力することに同意するものとします。

10.2 DramaBoxは、DramaBoxが補償を受ける権利を有する請求の排他的な防御を代行する権利を留保し、その場合、利用者は、自己の費用負担で、DramaBoxに対して迅速かつ合理的な協力を提供するものとします。

11. プロモーション

本規約に加えて、DramaBoxが本プラットフォームを通じて提供するプロモーションまたはその他のプロモーションには、本規約とは異なる特定の規則が適用される場合があります。利用者は、プロモーションに参加することにより、プロモーションが提供される際に提示されるこれらの追加規約に同意し、これに従うものとします。DramaBoxは、利用者がプロモーションに参加する前に、すべての規則を確認することをお勧めします。特定のプロモーションと本規約が矛盾する場合は、特定のプロモーションの規約が本規約よりも優先されます。

12. 知的財産権の侵害

12.1 DramaBoxは、他者の知的財産権を尊重し、他者の知的財産権を侵害する素材を含まない本プラットフォームを提供することを希望します。利用者は、本プラットフォームの使用により利用者の知的財産権が侵害されたと善意誠実に信ずる場合、件名に「侵害の通知」と記載し、以下の内容を記載した電子メールを dramaboxbusiness@gmail.com までお送り、通知することができます。著作権 (またはその他の知的財産権) 保有者を代理する授権を受けた者の、電子署名又は手書き署名；侵害されたと主張する著作権(またはその他の知的財産権)のある著作物の説明、侵害されていると主張する素材のプラットフォーム上の所在を確認できる説明、利用者の電子メールアドレス、郵送先住所および/または電話番号； 問題となっている使用は、著作権（またはその他の知的財産権）の保有者または保有者を代理する授権を受けた者、または法律によって許諾されていないことを善意誠実に信ずる利用者の陳述、および通知に記載された情報は正確である旨の陳述、及び偽証の制裁の下に、通知を行う者が侵害されたと主張される著作権（またはその他の知的財産権）の保有者または保有者を代理する授権を受けている旨の陳述。利用者に対して著作権侵害の通知が不当に提出されたと思われる場合、利用者は、以下を記載した「著作権侵害の反対通知」をDramaBoxに提出することができます：利用者の手書き署名又は電子的署名、削除された、またはアクセスが無効にされた素材の特定、偽証罪に問われることを条件として、削除またはアクセスが無効にされた素材が誤りであったこと、または素材が誤って特定されたことを善意誠実に信ずる旨の陳述；利用者の氏名、電子メールアドレス、住所および (a)住所がシンガポールにある場合はその住所が所在する司法管轄区、(b)住所がシンガポール国外にある場合はその住所が所在する司法管轄区、および通知を提出した原告または代理する授権を受けた者からの送達を受理することに同意する旨の陳述。

12.2 上記に従って提出する通知または反対通知はすべて真実でなければならず、偽証罪の罰則の下で提出されなければなりません。虚偽の通知または反対通知は、個人的責任を生じさせる可能性があります。したがって、通知または反対通知を提出する前に、法律顧問の助言を求めることをお勧めします。本規約に反対の規定がある場合でも、DramaBoxは、上記に基づき資料へのアクセスを不能にするか、または資料を削除するか否かにかかわらず、本規約に基づく知的財産権の侵害を申し立てた第三者、または当社に反対通知を提出した第三者に利用者の身元を開示し、反対通知の内容を開示する場合があります。利用者は、上記に基づく当社による開示が、利用者が有するプライバシーの権利を含むがこれに限定されない、利用者のいかなる権利も侵害しないことを認め、これに同意するものとします。

13. 準拠法の選択と紛争解決

13.1 利用者は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、本規約がシンガポール国内で締結および履行される契約に適用されるシンガポール法に専属的に準拠することに同意し、これに同意するものとします。

13.2 利用者とDramaBoxは、本規約または利用者とDramaBoxの関係に関連して生じる利用者とDramaBoxの間の紛争、請求、または論争（契約、不法行為、詐欺、不実表示、またはその他の法理論に基づくものであるか否かを問わず、また、本規約の終了中または終了後に生じた請求であるか否かを問いません）は、強制拘束力のある仲裁により解決されることに同意するものとします。利用者と DramaBox との間の仲裁は、仲裁通知が提出された時点で有効なシンガポール国際仲裁センターの管理仲裁規則に基づき、シンガポール国際仲裁センター（以下「SIAC」といいます）が管理する拘束力のある仲裁により解決されるものとします。

14. 通知

本規約に基づくすべての法的通知は、書面により、DramaBoxに電子メール（dramaboxbusiness@gmail.com）で行うものとします。利用者は、本プラットフォームを利用することにより、DramaBoxが利用者に電子的に送信する本規約に基づく通知が、あらゆる法的な連絡または通知を満たすことに同意するものとします。利用者は、利用者のアカウントに含まれるすべての連絡先情報を最新の状態に保つことに同意するものとし、利用者がアカウントまたは連絡先情報を最新の状態に保てなかった場合、当社は責任を負いません。

15. 連絡先情報

本プラットフォームはSTORYMATRIX PTE. Ltd., 5001 beach road, #07-37 , Golden mile complex, singapore(199588)によって運営されています。利用者は、同住所宛に書簡を送付するか、dramaboxbusiness@gmail.com 宛に電子メールを送信することにより、当社に連絡することができます。

STORYMATRIX PTE. LTD, terdaftar di Singapura ("DramaBox", "kami", "milik kami"), menyediakan Platform (sebagaimana yang didefinisikan di bawah ini) bagi penulis dan penerbit untuk mendistribusikan dan memonetisasi berbagai karya sastra ("Karya" atau "Karya-karya"). Platform dapat berisi tautan atau materi yang disematkan ke konten pihak ketiga, yang belum ditinjau oleh DramaBox, termasuk tanpa batasan, situs web lain dan layanan pihak ketiga, untuk kenyamanan pengunjung, tujuan periklanan, atau untuk fungsi serupa lainnya yang terkait dengan bisnis DramaBox. Menautkan atau menyematkan DramaBox ke konten pihak ketiga tidak merepresentasikan iklan atau dukungan barang, layanan, produk, atau lainnya, yang disediakan oleh pihak ketiga tersebut.

DramaBox tidak bertanggung jawab atas konten pihak ketiga yang ditautkan atau disematkan ke atau dari Platform. Dan secara tegas menolak tanpa batasan, tanggung jawab apa pun atas konten pihak ketiga, keakuratan informasi apa pun yang ditemukan di situs web pihak ketiga mana pun, atau kualitas produk layanan yang disediakan oleh atau yang diiklankan di situs web pihak ketiga tersebut.

DramaBox dapat menambah, mengubah, atau menghapus bagian mana pun dari Ketentuan Penggunaan ini kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan. Setiap perubahan pada Ketentuan Penggunaan ini atau ketentuan apa pun yang diposting di Situs ini akan segera berlaku setelah diposting. Dengan terus menggunakan Situs ini setelah ada perubahan yang diposting, maka Anda diindikasikan menerima perubahan tersebut. DramaBox dapat menambah, mengubah, menghentikan, menghapus, atau menangguhkan Konten lain yang diposting di Situs ini. Termasuk Karya yang dijelaskan atau digambarkan di Situs, untuk sementara atau permanen, kapan saja, tanpa pemberitahuan dan tanpa pertanggungjawaban.

1. Verifikasi Kelayakan

Anda harus berusia minimal 12 tahun untuk menggunakan Platform. Dengan menyetujui Ketentuan ini, Anda menyatakan dan menjamin kepada kami bahwa: (a) Anda berusia minimal 12 tahun; (b) Anda belum pernah ditangguhkan atau dikeluarkan dari Layanan; dan (c) pendaftaran Anda dan penggunaan Platform oleh Anda sesuai dengan semua hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku. Jika Anda menggunakan Layanan atas nama entitas, organisasi, ataupun perusahaan, maka Anda menyatakan dan menjamin bahwa Anda memiliki wewenang untuk mengikat organisasi tersebut pada Ketentuan ini dan Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh Ketentuan ini atas nama organisasi tersebut.

2. Lisensi Pengguna

2.1 Dengan sepenuhnya tunduk kepada Ketentuan, dan dalam lingkup kemampuan kami untuk memberikan hak secara sah yang ada kepada Anda, DramaBox akan memberikan Anda lisensi non-eksklusif, tidak dapat disub-lisensikan, dan tidak dapat dipindahtangankan atas Kekayaan lntelektual semata-mata untuk tujuan mengakses Karya, menggunakan Platform, dan untuk tujuan lain yang secara tegas dinyatakan di sini.

2.2 Untuk terhindar dari keraguan, Ketentuan ini tidak mengalihkan hak kekayaan intelektual kami, atau pihak ketiga mana pun kepada Anda. Semua hak, kepemilikan, dan kepentingan dalam atas properti tersebut akan tetap menjadi milik pemilik yang berlaku.

3. Pendaftaran dan Akun

3.1 Untuk menggunakan fitur-fitur tertentu dari Platform, Anda diharuskan untuk mendaftarkan akun DramaBox ("Akun"). Anda setuju bahwa semua informasi yang Anda kirimkan selama proses pendaftaran Akun, atau informasi tambahan yang Anda kirimkan ke profil Akun Anda kapan saja setelahnya, harus akurat dan benar, dan Anda harus selalu memperbaruinya.

3.2 Akun Anda bersifat unik dan pribadi bagi Anda. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga keamanan, serta membatasi akses ke akun dan kata sandi Anda. Anda juga setuju untuk menerima tanggung jawab atas semua pembelian dan aktivitas lain yang terjadi di Akun milik Anda.

3.3 Anda memiliki otoritas untuk menghapus Akun Anda. Anda juga harus memahami bahwa setelah penghapusan Akun Anda, Anda akan kehilangan hak untuk mengakses atau menggunakan semua atau sebagian dari Platform.

3.4 Kami berhak untuk menonaktifkan, menangguhkan, atau mengakhiri Akun Anda kapan saja, dengan alasan apa pun berdasarkan kebijaksanaan kami. Terutama jika Anda gagal mematuhi ketentuan apa pun yang ada di dalam Ketentuan ini.

4. Kebijakan Konten

4.1 Kebijakan konten kami, ("Kebijakan Konten"), menetapkan antara lain ketentuan penggunaan dari Konten DramaBox yang diunggah oleh penulis dan penerbit ke Platform. Anda harus meninjau dan menyetujui Kebijakan Konten sebelum mengunggah Karya apa pun di Platform.

4.2 Untuk terhindar dari keraguan, semua hak yang tidak secara tegas diberikan kepada DramaBox di sini akan menjadi hak Anda. DramaBox tidak akan mengklaim kepemilikan apa pun di dalam dan atas Konten Anda.

5. Komentar Pada Platform

5.1 DramaBox menyambut baik interaksi Anda di Platform. Anda mungkin dapat mengirimkan materi ke DramaBox yang bukan merupakan Konten. Dengan mengirimkan komentar atau umpan balik apa pun (secara bersama-sama, "Komentar" atau "Komentar-komentar") melalui Platform atau sebaliknya, seperti mengirim surel ke DramaBox tentang Platform, memposting di papan pesan, atau mengulas Karya. DramaBox akan bebas menggunakan Komentar untuk tujuan apa pun, di semua media, untuk selama-lamanya, tanpa berutang kewajiban atau tanggung jawab apa pun kepada Anda. Jika Anda ingin menjaga Komentar tetap rahasia atau untuk konsumsi pribadi saja, mohon untuk tidak mengirimkan Komentar apa pun ke DramaBox atau membagikan Komentar apa pun dengan orang lain.

5.2 Komentar tidak boleh menyertakan atau menampilkan, secara keseluruhan atau sebagian, (a) melanggar, melanggar atau menyalahgunakan hak pihak ketiga mana pun, termasuk hak cipta, merek dagang, paten, rahasia dagang, hak moral, hak privasi, hak publisitas, atau hak milik atau hak milik intelektual lainnya; (b) memfitnah, mencemarkan nama baik, memfitnah atau melanggar hak privasi, publisitas, atau hak milik lain dari orang lain; atau (c) kebijakan atau panduan DramaBox lainnya yang menjadi subjek Konten Pengguna Anda; (d) menyebabkan DramaBox melanggar hukum atau peraturan apa pun.

5.3 Komentar yang ditemukan melanggar salah satu hal yang ada di atas dapat membuat Akun Anda akan dikenai penghentian atau penangguhan atau penghapusan Komentar dari Platform, tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Anda, atas kebijakan kami sendiri.

6. Pembatasan Etika Pengguna

6.1 Kecuali dan semata-mata sejauh pembatasan tersebut tidak diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, Anda tidak boleh: (a) mereproduksi, mendistribusikan, menampilkan secara publik, atau menampilkan Layanan di depan umum; (b) melakukan modifikasi pada Layanan; atau (c) mengganggu atau menghindari fitur apa pun pada Layanan, termasuk mekanisme keamanan atau kontrol akses. Jika Anda dilarang menurut hukum yang berlaku untuk menggunakan Layanan, Anda tidak boleh menggunakannya.

6.2 Anda tidak akan mengubah atau memodifikasi Platform dengan cara apa pun atau menggunakan teknologi atau cara lain untuk mengakses Platform kecuali dengan cara yang disahkan oleh DramaBox. Termasuk tanpa batasan, tidak menggunakan bot, spider, atau cara otomatis lainnya untuk mengakses Platform.

7. Ketentuan Pembayaran

7.1 Akses ke Platform atau ke fitur-fitur tertentu dari Layanan, mungkin mengharuskan Anda untuk membayar biaya. 7.2 DramaBox berhak menentukan harga untuk Layanan. DramaBox akan melakukan upaya yang wajar untuk menjaga agar informasi harga yang dipublikasikan di situs web tetap mutakhir. Kami menyarankan Anda untuk memeriksa situs web kami secara berkala untuk informasi harga terkini.

7.3 DramaBox akan melakukan penagihan sesuai dengan metode pembayaran yang Anda tentukan pada saat pembelian. Anda memberi wewenang kepada DramaBox untuk menagih ke metode pembayaran tersebut untuk semua jumlah pesanan yang Anda buat dan tingkat Layanan apa pun yang Anda pilih seperti yang dijelaskan dalam Ketentuan ini atau yang diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan. Jika Anda membayar biaya apa pun dengan kartu kredit, DramaBox dapat meminta pra-otorisasi akun kartu kredit Anda sebelum Anda melakukan pembelian untuk memverifikasi bahwa kartu kredit tersebut valid dan memiliki dana atau kredit yang diperlukan untuk menutupi pembelian Anda. 7.4 Semua pembelian dapat dikenakan pajak dan biaya lainnya, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada biaya valuta asing atau perbedaan harga berdasarkan lokasi (misal: nilai tukar). Kami dapat menghitung pajak yang harus dibayarkan oleh Anda berdasarkan informasi yang Anda berikan kepada kami melalui Akun Anda atau pada saat melakukan pembelian.

7.5 Pengguna dapat mengisi ulang untuk mendapatkan Koin. Koin hanya dapat digunakan di DramaBox, dan tidak dapat ditukar dengan mata uang apa pun.

8. Penyanggahan

8.1 Platform ini disediakan "sebagaimana adanya", "sebagaimana tersedia", dan "dengan segala kesalahan" untuk tujuan yang dinyatakan di sini. Penggunaan Platform sepenuhnya merupakan risiko Anda sendiri. Anda juga harus menggunakan penilaian terbaik Anda dan berhati-hati pada saat menggunakan Platform.

8.2 DramaBox tidak menjamin bahwa penggunaan Platform oleh Anda, dan semua fitur atau fungsi lain yang terkait dengan Platform, pengiriman atau tampilan Platform akan tersedia tanpa terputus, bebas gangguan atau bebas dari kesalahan, atau bebas dari virus, worm, atau gangguan keamanan lainnya. Anda memahami dan menyetujui bahwa Anda menggunakan Platform, dan menggunakan, mengakses, mengunduh, atau mendapatkan materi atau konten melalui Platform dan situs atau Platform terkait, atas kebijaksanaan dan risiko Anda sendiri. 8.4 DramaBox tidak bertanggung jawab atas penghapusan atau kegagalan untuk menyimpan Komentar atau informasi lain yang Anda kirimkan ke Platform. Kami juga secara tegas tidak berjanji untuk menyimpan atau mencadangkan Komentar apa pun yang telah Anda kirimkan ke Platform. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk menyimpan salinan cadangan dari setiap Komentar yang Anda unggah ke Platform.

8.5 Anda memahami dan menyetujui bahwa DramaBox tidak bertanggung jawab atas kegagalan kinerja apa pun yang disebabkan oleh penyebab apa pun yang berada di luar kendali, termasuk tanpa batasan, bencana alam, kebakaran, ledakan, vandalisme, terorisme, gangguan cuaca, keadaan darurat nasional, kerusuhan, perang, masalah tenaga kerja, kegagalan pemasok, kekurangan, pelanggaran, tindakan atau permintaan dari pemerintah mana pun, penangguhan layanan yang sudah ada untuk mematuhi hukum, peraturan, atau regulasi negara bagian atau federal.

9. Batasan Tanggung Jawab

9.1 Terlepas dari apa pun yang bertentangan di sini, DramaBox tidak akan bertanggung jawab kepada Anda untuk segala kerusakan langsung, tidak langsung, khusus, insidental, konsekuensial, tipikal, ekstra-kontraktual, atau hukuman dalam bentuk apa pun, yang dengan cara apa pun terkait dengan Platform atau Ketentuan ini. 10. Ganti Rugi

10.1 Anda bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan Platform, dan Anda akan melindungi dan mengganti kerugian DramaBox beserta pejabat, direktur, karyawan, konsultan, afiliasi, anak perusahaan, dan agennya (secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai "Entitas DramaBox") dari dan terhadap setiap klaim, tanggung jawab, kerusakan, kerugian, dan biaya. 10.2 DramaBox berhak untuk mengambil alih pembelaan eksklusif atas Klaim yang mana DramaBox berhak atas ganti rugi tersebut. Dalam hal yang demikian, Anda harus memberikan kerja sama yang cepat dan wajar kepada DramaBox dengan biaya Anda sendiri.

11. Promosi

Selain Ketentuan ini, Promosi yang disediakan oleh DramaBox melalui Platform atau sebaliknya mungkin memiliki aturan khusus yang berbeda dari Ketentuan ini. Dengan berpartisipasi dalam Promosi, Anda setuju dan akan tunduk pada syarat dan ketentuan tambahan tersebut, yang akan diberikan kepada Anda ketika Promosi ditawarkan. DramaBox menghimbau Anda untuk meninjau semua aturan sebelum Anda berpartisipasi dalam Promosi apa pun. 12. Pelanggaran Terhadap Hak Kekayaan Intelektual

12.1 DramaBox menghormati hak kekayaan intelektual orang lain dan ingin menawarkan Platform yang tidak mengandung materi yang melanggar hak kekayaan intelektual orang lain. 12.2 Setiap pemberitahuan atau tanggapan pemberitahuan yang Anda kirimkan sesuai dengan ketentuan di atas haruslah jujur dan disampaikan di bawah sumpah. Anda akan mempertanggungjawabkan pemberitahuan atau tanggapan pemberitahuan yang palsu secara pribadi. Oleh karena itu, Anda mungkin ingin meminta nasihat dari penasihat hukum sebelum mengirimkan pemberitahuan atau tanggapan pemberitahuan. Terlepas dari apa pun yang bertentangan yang dinyatakan di sini, harap dicatat bahwa apakah DramaBox menonaktifkan akses atau menghapus materi apa pun sesuai dengan yang disebutkan di atas, DramaBox dapat mengungkapkan identitas Anda kepada pihak ketiga mana pun yang telah menuduh adanya pelanggaran hak kekayaan intelektual di sini. Anda mengakui dan menyetujui bahwa setiap pengungkapan yang kami lakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan di atas dan tidak akan melanggar hak-hak Anda, termasuk tanpa batasan, hak-hak privasi yang mungkin Anda miliki.

13. Pilihan Hukum dan Penyelesaian Sengketa

13.1 Anda menyetujui dan sepakat bahwa Ketentuan akan diatur secara eksklusif oleh hukum Singapura yang berlaku untuk kontrak yang dibuat dan dilaksanakan di Singapura dan terlepas dari pertentangan prinsip-prinsip hukum.

13.2 Anda dan DramaBox setuju bahwa setiap perselisihan, klaim, atau kontroversi antara Anda dan DramaBox yang timbul sehubungan dengan atau terkait dengan cara apa pun dengan Ketentuan ini atau hubungan Anda dengan DramaBox (baik berdasarkan kontrak, wanprestasi, penipuan, salah tafsir, atau teori hukum lainnya, dan terlepas dari apakah klaim tersebut muncul selama atau setelah Ketentuan berakhir) akan ditentukan oleh arbitrase yang mengikat secara wajib. Setiap arbitrase antara Anda dan DramaBox akan diselesaikan melalui arbitrase yang mengikat yang dikelola oleh Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") di bawah Peraturan Arbitrase Administratif Singapore International Arbitration Centre yang berlaku saat pemberitahuan arbitrase disampaikan.

14. Pemberitahuan

LTD., registered in Singapore ("DramaBox", "we", "our"), provides a Platform (as defined below) for writers and publishers to distribute and monetize various literary works (a "Work" or "Works"). These TERMS OF USE, together with all documents referred to herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that DramaBox may publish from time to time, govern DramaBox’s relationship with users ("users", "you") of the DramaBox platform, including all sub-domains and associated websites (collectively, the "Website"), the DramaBox mobile application(s), including iPhone and Android mobile applications ("Apps"), any and all other platforms on which content is accessed, published, or distributed, and all associated services, features, or content made available through any of the foregoing ("Services") (together, the "Platform"). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between DramaBox and you.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you unconditionally accept these Terms and that you agree to fully comply with them. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform and you are not granted permission to access, view, or otherwise use the Platform for any purpose.

The Platform may contain links or embedded material to third party content, which DramaBox has not reviewed, including, without limitation, other websites and third party services, for the convenience of visitors, advertising purposes, or for other similar functions related to DramaBox’s business. DramaBox linking or embedding to third party content does not imply an advertisement or endorsement of any good, service, product, or otherwise, provided by such third party.

DramaBox is not responsible for any third party content linked or embedded to or from the Platform and expressly disclaims, without limitation, any responsibility for any third party content, the accuracy of any information found on any third party website, or the quality of products of services provided by or advertised on such third party website.

DramaBox may add to, change, or remove any part of this Terms of Use at any time, without notice. Any changes to this Terms of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. DramaBox may add, change, discontinue, remove, or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including Works described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years of age to use the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 12 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your registration and your use of the Platform is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. License to Users

2.1 Subject to your full compliance with the Terms and to the extent we are lawfully able to grant such rights, DramaBox grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to the Intellectual Property solely for the purposes of accessing Works, using the Platform, and for other purposes expressly stated herein.

2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the Terms do not transfer from us to you any of our, or any third party’s intellectual property rights, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain vested with the applicable owner.

3. Registration and Accounts

3.1 To use certain features of the Platform, you are required to register for a DramaBox account (an "Account"). You agree that all information that you submit during the Account signup process, or additional information you submit to your Account profile at any time thereafter, shall be accurate and truthful, and you shall keep the same up to date.

3.2 Your Account is unique and personal to you, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of, and restricting access to, your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and other activities that occur under your Account.

3.3 You have the ability to delete your Account, and you should understand that upon deletion of your Account, you will lose the right to access or use all or part of the Platform.

3.4 We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate your Account, at any time, for any reason in our discretion, especially when you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

4. Content Policy

4.1 Our content policy, ("Content Policy"), sets out, among other things, the terms on DramaBox’s uses of Content which writers and publishers upload to the Platform. You must review and agree to the Content Policy prior to uploading any Works on the Platform.

4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, all rights not expressly granted to DramaBox herein shall be reserved to you and DramaBox is not claiming any ownership in and to your Content.

5. Comments on Platform

5.1 DramaBox welcomes your interaction on the Platform, and you may be able to submit materials to DramaBox which are not Content. By submitting any comments or feedback (together, a "Comment" or "Comments") through the Platform or otherwise, such as emailing DramaBox about the Platform, posting on a message board, or reviewing a Work, DramaBox will be free to use the Comment for any purpose, in all media, in perpetuity, without owing any obligation or liability to you whatsoever. If you wish to keep a Comment private or proprietary, please do not transmit any Comment to DramaBox or share any Comment with others.

5.2 Comments must not include or embody, in whole or part, (a) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (b) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person; or (c) any other DramaBox policies or guidelines to which your User Content is subject; (d) cause DramaBox to violate any law or regulation.

5.3 Comments found to be in violation of any of the above may subject you to the termination or suspension of your Account or the immediate removal of the Comments from the Platform, without notice to you, in our sole discretion.

6. Restricted User Conduct

6.1 Except and solely to the extent such a restriction is impermissible under applicable law, you may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service; (b) make modifications to the Service; or (c) interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Service, including any security or access control mechanism. If you are prohibited under applicable law from using the Service, you may not use it.

6.2 You will not alter or modify the Platform in any way nor use other technology or means to access the Platform except for the means authorized by DramaBox, including, without limitation, using no bots, spiders, or other automated means of accessing the Platform.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Access to the Platform, or to certain features of the Service, may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable.

7.2 DramaBox reserves the right to determine pricing for the Service. DramaBox will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.

7.3 DramaBox will charge the payment method you specify at the time of purchase. You authorize DramaBox to charge to that payment method all sums for orders that you make and any level of Service you select as described in these Terms or published by the Company. If you pay any fees with a credit card, DramaBox may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase. Payment processing services are provided by the third-party service through which the purchase is made (e.g., Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play, PayPay).

7.4 All purchases may be subject to taxes and other fees, including, without limitation, foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates). We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the information that you provide us via your Account or at the time or purchase.

7.5 Users can top up to acquire Coin (s). Coin (s) should be utilized in DramaBox only, and cannot be exchanged to any currency.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 The Platform is made available "as is", "as available", and "with all faults" for the stated purposes herein. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk and you should use your best judgment and exercise caution while using the Platform.

8.2 DramaBox makes no guarantee that your use of the Platform, and all other features or functionalities associated with the Platform, or delivery or display of the Platform, will be available, uninterrupted, interference free, or error free, or be free from any viruses, worms, or other security intrusions. You understand and agree that you use the Platform, and use, access, download, or otherwise obtain materials or content through the Platform and any associated sites or Platforms, at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your property (including your computer system or mobile device used in connection with the Platform), or the loss of data that results from the use if the Platform or the download or use of that material or content.

8.3 DramaBox does not guarantee the availability, delivery, performance, pricing, or punctuality of any Works or other Intellectual Property appearing on the Platform. Without limitation, this includes making no guarantee that any future Episodes of a Work are posted by a writer or publisher in a timely manner, that Works will remain available on the Platform, or the pricing of Works or Services.

8.4 DramaBox assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store any Comments or other information submitted by you to the Platform, and we expressly do not promise to store or keep any Comments that you have submitted to the Platform. You are solely responsible for saving backup copies of any Comments that you upload to the Platform.

8.5 You understand and agree that DramaBox is not liable for any failure of performance due to any cause beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, terrorism, weather disturbances, national emergencies, riots, wars, labor difficulties, supplier failures, shortages, breaches, action or request by any government, suspension of existing service in compliance with state or federal law, rule, or regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, DramaBox shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, extra-contractual, or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever, which are in any way related to the Platform or these Terms, regardless of legal theory (including, without limitation, contract, tort, personal injury, property damage, negligence, warranty, or strict liability), whether or not DramaBox has been advised of the possibility or probability of such damages, and even if the remedies otherwise available fail of their essential purposes. If you are dissatisfied with the Platform, or with any of these Terms, or feel DramaBox has breached these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Platform. This limitation of liability is part of the basis of the bargain between us.

9.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if any part of this limitation of liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, DramaBox’s agreement liability arising out of breach of this Terms and/or your use of the Platform will not exceed, in the agreement amount for all claims, five hundred dollars ($500.00 USD).

10. Indemnification

10.1 You are responsible for your use of the Platform, and you will defend and indemnify DramaBox and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents (together, the "DramaBox Entities") from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to, use of, or alleged use of, the Platform; (b) your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, other property, or privacy right; or (d) any dispute or issue between you and any third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to that matter), and in that case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

10.2 DramaBox reserves the right to take over the exclusive defense of Claims for which DramaBox is entitled to indemnification, and in such event, you shall provide prompt and reasonable cooperation to DramaBox at your own expense.

11. Promotions

In addition to these Terms, a Promotion made available by DramaBox through the Platform, or otherwise may have specific rules that are different from these Terms. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to and will become subject to those additional terms and conditions, which will be provided to you when a Promotion is offered. DramaBox urges you to review all rules before you participate in any Promotion. The rules of a specific Promotion will take priority over these Terms in the event of any conflict of the language with a given Promotion.

12. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights

12.1 DramaBox respects the intellectual property rights of others and desires to offer a Platform that contains no material that violates the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe in good faith that your intellectual property rights have been infringed through use on the Platform, you may notify us by email at: dramaboxbusiness@gmail.com with "Notice of Infringement" in the subject line, which contains: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright (or other intellectual property) interest; A description of the copyrighted work (or other intellectual property interest) that you claim has been infringed; A description specifying the location on the Platform of the material that you claim is infringing; Your email address and your mailing address and/or telephone number; A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner, its agent, or the law; and A statement by you made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner or authorized to act on the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner’s behalf. If you believe that a notice of intellectual property infringement has been improperly submitted against you, you may submit a "Counter-Notice of Infringement" to DramaBox, which contains: Your physical or electronic signature; Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled; A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that removal or disablement of the material was a mistake or that the material was misidentified; and Your full name, your email address, your mailing address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court (a) in the judicial district where your address is located if the address is in Singapore, or (b) located in Singapore, if your address is located outside Singapore, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant submitting the notice or his/her authorized agent.

12.2 Any notice or counter-notice you submit pursuant to the foregoing must be truthful and must be submitted under penalty of perjury. A false notice or counter-notice may give rise to personal liability. You may therefore want to seek the advice of legal counsel before submitting a notice or a counter-notice. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated herein, please note that whether or not DramaBox disables access to or removes any materials pursuant to the foregoing, DramaBox may disclose your identity to any third party who has alleged a violation of intellectual property rights here under, or supplied us with a counter-notice, as well as disclose the contents of any notice of counter-notice. You acknowledge and agree that any disclosures by us pursuant to the foregoing shall not violate any of your rights, including, without limitation, any rights of privacy that you may have.

13. Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 You consent and agree that the Terms will be exclusively governed by the laws of Singapore applicable to contracts entered into and performed within Singapore and notwithstanding any conflict of law principles.

13.2 You and DramaBox agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and DramaBox arising in connection with or relating in any way to these Terms or to your relationship with DramaBox (whether based in contract, tort, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and regardless if the claims arise during or after the termination of the Terms) will be determined by mandatory binding arbitration. Any arbitration between you and DramaBox will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") under the Administrative Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted.

14. Notices

All legal notices pursuant to the Terms shall be in writing and shall be given by email to DramaBox at: dramaboxbusiness@gmail.com. By using the Platform, you agree that any notice due under the Terms that DramaBox sends you electronically will satisfy any legal communication or notification. You agree to keep all of your contact information contained in your Account up to date, and we are not responsible in the event you fail to keep your Account or contact information up to date.
